[QFlash] Unable to start correctly (0xc0150002)

Hi,

I cant seem to start Qflash.
Qflash v4.13
OS: Windows 10 LTSC 2019

Dear webyfmad,

please use the latest QFlash V4.16 and have a try, in addition, QFalsh can not start separately, it need to start in whole release file

It was an issue of not having .net framework x86 2008. Had to check the event viewer for finding that out. Is there a sharepoint mirror for v4.16?
