QFlash firmware upgrade error

Hello

We can’t flash our MC60 with Qflash 4.19. Everytime the following error shows up. How can we fix this?

First of all, check whether your chip is MC60CA, and second, you can try it with the qflash4.8 I sent to you in the attachment
