QFlash ERROR,FAIL, Error ROM 4, 0x10000000

Hello Everyone,
I am very new to Quectel while flashing my simple code in Quectel M66 I am getting this error
“,FAIL, Error ROM 4, 0x10000000”

I tried QFlashV4.0, QFlash_V4.19, QFlash_V6.7 in all tools I am getting this error and I not able to find solution around this. Can someone please help me with this?

qflash only supports burning our fw and open cpu, is your code based on open cpu development? If not, can not burn; If so, please refer to the document I sent you in private, which shows how to burn the firmware
