When updating firmware of BG770 via debug uart, i’m noticing a application timeout of about 500 seconds.
By changing the UART speeds i’ve found that the application always timeout at ± 500 seconds of execution, and different percentage of firmware loaded. I’m unable to complete the firmware update.
Does anyone else have same problem?

The timeout for upgrading is 500s, please use 3M baudrate to upgrade, with smaller baudrate will be cause tool running timeout.

i’m sorry haven’t given any feedback; I solved the problem by adjusting the var “Max_DL_Time” in file “MainConfig” of the software. As i knew (by testing) the timeout is 500sec, found it and changed it for a bigger value.
3M baudrate is impossible in my setup. As so, a change in the timeout is a must
Yes, Change max download time is another good choice.
