You can get QPST below:
QPST
It is a suite of tools which includes QEFS. I have used it on BG95M3 without problems. You need to use QPST Configuration within the suite to first capture the DM port, connect to module and then open QEFS client within QPST Configuration. It is a bit tricky to use but you can search on google.
