Problem with (DBG or Diag Port ) USB-C Type in RG500LEUAB-M28 and EVB

Hi Guys,

I couldnt connect DBG_USB to capture diag packet and I couldnt see three ports in device manager which are AT port；DM port；NEMA port… please help me whats happened i installed driver correctly but the problem still exists.
