Problem when update firmware BC660K -GL-TE-B

Hi,

I’m updating the firmware of a BC660K board and I always get the error "Fail, preamble no response " after “erase flash_FS_Ext …”. I have the latest version of qflash and have followed the procedure of pressing the boot button, then reset, then release reset and then boot. The baudrate I use is 921600 but I have tried other baudrates and I don’t even get the “erase flash_FS_Ext …” message.
I have two similar boards and in both of them the same thing happens.

What could be happening?

Have you already inserted the SIM card?
It’s best if you insert a SIM card
