Port usb EC 20 CE

I found a problem when the AT port was detected then 1 minute disappeared like the picture, can you provide the type of converter directly from the usb pin D-D +. im use port P1,

now i use a usb to ttl converter but it doesn’t work well, can you provide a type of converter that supports EC2 20 CE,

note: USB driver already installed

It’s hardware issuse, but not driver.
