Also, kindly confirm which AT command port (e.g., /dev/ttyUSB2, /dev/ttyUSB3, /dev/ttyUSB4) must be used for these queries.
  1. Issue with QNWCFG and QNWLOCK:
When I executed the vendor-suggested command:
at-cmd /dev/ttyUSB3 AT+QNWCFG=\"nr5g_cell_id\"

I received inconsistent or random output, so I need the correct method to obtain the NR cell ID.Additionally, when running the locking command:

Dear @Avinash_123
You can use AT+QENG=“servingcell” .
But I don’t how to send AT commands on your side.
It is better to confirm with the manufacture of your device.

I had tried with the QENG also, but not working..?
I used commands at-cmd /dev/ttyUSB3 AT+QENG=“servingcell”. but i got the error.
Provide the exact commands to know the cell info and how to lock it. for modem RM520N-GL.
