Open CPU FOTA Package toll not open

Hello,

I AM try to open “OpenCPU_FOTA_Package_Tool_V1.1” But i receive error like this “the application is failed to start because its side by side configuration is incorrect. Please see the application event log or use the command-line sxstrace.exe tool for more detail”

Before Format laptop its run but after format its willl not work.

I am Install C++ 2005,2008,2010,2015,2022 redistributable x64 But till Not open how to resolve it.

Please help me.
