OOS (Out of Service) Algorithm for BC66 & BG96 Modules

Hello,
I would like to know what is the OOS Algorithms used for for the Module BC66 and BG96 modules. Is it something which is vendor specific or common under a standard.

The base station cell sends Rxlev_min to the terminal or module through the system message; If the RSRP of the terminal measurement base station cell is less than Rxlev_min, the terminal or module will enter OOS(out of Service).

Hello,

Thanks for the response.

Is there an OOS recovery algorithm ?
On when the device’s RSRP is greater Rxlev_min. How does it successfully latch on to the network?

I don’t know whether there is an OOS recovery algorithm. Generally, the terminal receives a signal strength greater than Rxlev_min, and the base station cell with the strongest signal can be selected based on the algorithm and S criterion.
As shown in the 3 GPP for detail
