Older firmware for BG95-M3

Hello,

I have a couple of BG95-M3 modules that need FW of version BG95M3LAR02A03_01.012.01.012. Is there any link where I could download this FW package for QFlash? I have found newer firmware files on forum but BG95M3LAR02A03_01.012.01.012 is nowhere to be found.
