O2 UK QIOPEN Timeout

We have a number of M66 based devices which have been working fine on O2 UK. A couple of days ago they all stopped working on this network. They’re fine on EE/Vodafone.

I can make a connection with the BG95-M3 products even on 2G but it takes quite a while to connect on O2. Is there any way to change the time out time on an M66? I think a longer timeout time will work for the QIOPEN command as it takes a while for the BG95 to open the connection. Otherwise we just switch them to EE but that has to be done manually.

What phase of the timeout period do you need to change? If it is the timeout period of the AT command, you can find the corresponding timeout parameter in the AT manual. You can set the timeout period manually.
If it’s network specific, I’m sorry, I can’t change that, because we have fixed values in the code
