What is the maximum time to receive a +NSOSTR response?
If the UE establishes a UDP service, its response time is very fast. However, if it uses a TCP service, it needs to wait for the server’s response, and the longest possible time could be approximately 2 minutes.

The simulation of this event might be quite challenging. It requires the server to be able to establish a normal TCP connection, but to prohibit receiving messages or to not respond ACK after receiving the messages.
