Not getting RING and SMS notification on TE pin

Hello Quectel team,

Recently we purchased EC200U-CN from onyxindia platform.
Here we are getting problems with ring and sms notifications.
I enabled all commands related to CAll and SMS services.
Quectel: EC200U Revision:EC200UCNAAR03A02M08
AT+CMGF=1
AT+CNMI=2,2,0,0,0 (OR) 2,1,0,0,0
AT+CLIP=1;
AT+CRC=1

May I ask if it is normal for the calling end when there is no response to the call and SMS? What’s the beep? Still in the caller tune stage? In addition, you can use the AT+QENG=“SERVINGCELL” command to check whether the module network is normal.
