No response for AT commands

Hi

I am using EG 21 G Mini Pcie Model.

I have connected the Rx Tx Gnd to my TTL adapter.
I am trying to send AT commands to the Module but there is no response seen.

Pls help ASAP

did you cross the lines?

You will need to fly out Tx, Rx and GND and connect the TTL adapter, Tx\Rx cross.
