Network mode selection failed - EC25AUX

Hi,
I have a QUECTEL EC25AUX with error “Network mode selection failed”, but in the same router with de EC25AU not have the error,
Any idea what it could be?

Please provide as much information as possible, otherwise it is difficult to judge the cause of the problem. The initial suspicion is that there is a problem with the sim card used.
