Need help to connect RedCap Module to Vodafone 5G SA

Hello. I am a student in Germany.

I need help with connecting my 5G RedCap RM255C-GL module (M.2 variant) to the Vodafone 5G SA network for my research project. With factory settings the module succesfully connects over LTE. A scan shows available Vodafone 5G SA networks in my environment but the module fails to connect when enforcing 5G over LTE.

My attempts to manually connect via AT commands resulted either in the module searching forever or in the 5G limited service status message. I already contacted Vodafone and received confirmation that my SIM card is capable and provisioned to use their 5G SA network, so I assume it’s a configuration or firmware related problem on with the RedCap module.

RG255C only support 20M bandwidth SA.
Please confirm your network environment.

Can you tell me how exactly I can verify the environment. Are there specific AT commands to do this or do I need additional tools to check the 20 MHz availability in my environment?
