Need firmware for Quectel EC25-AF

Hi,

I posted this request back on Feb 10, in a different per-existing thread, but it has never been responded to, so I am making the request again here:

I have connectivity issues with the outdated firmware currently on my device and need updated firmware. The device is unable to perform an OTA update, so I need to update the firmware manually.

I am currently on firmware version EC25AFFDR07A09M4G_01.004.01.004

I notice that one of my working devices has firmware version EC25AFFDR07A10M4G_01.003.01.003

Could you please send me the latest firmware (or at least version EC25AFFDR07A10M4G_01.003.01.003)

My mistake. I did get the email, but thought it was spam :rofl:

I have now downloaded the firmware. However, I don’t have the firmware update tool. Could you please provide me with one? The modem is embedded in a Teltonika router, which runs Linux-based firmware.
