Need datasheets and last firmware for devices

Hello,
For several tests and evaluation, we bought differents devices:

  • EC25EUGA-MiniPCIE
  • BG96MA-MiniPCIE
  • BG95M3LA-MiniPCIE

How can I get the following:

  • Detailed datasheet (Software interface (AT), Electrical interface…)
  • Last firmware version to update to devices

I was not able to find any of this on the Quectel web site.
