NB IoT HTTPS DFOTA Upgrade

Hi All,
Is there any quectel NB-IoT module that supports HTTPS DFOTA? I was using BC660 and quectel support says it is not possible due to memory constrain. HTTP DFOTA works and i was able to do it but not HTTPS DFOTA. Can someone help me to find and NB-IoT module that supports HTTPS DFOTA!?

The BC660K does not support DFOTA in HTTPS mode. You are advised to use simple HTTP mode
