I usethe module EG800q and I open a socket with my mqtt broker in transparent mode. I notice that the module resets every few hours.

May I kindly ask you to provide the following information so that we can analyse the unexpected module resets more accurately?

  1. The module firmware version (AT+QGMR)
  2. Whether the module resets at fixed intervals (e.g., every 2–4 hours)
  3. How many modules appear this issue?

  2. some sequence of intervals: 5763 seconds, 5816 seconds, 5821 seconds, 5821 seconds
  3. For now I use only one module testing and developing a new product - I ask my college to check on their boards
