Module not working with 5g but no problem with 4g

I’m working on a prototype project (poc) and testing of 5g only applications are stable enough with aws cloud.
I got the waveshare 5g hat module with the quectel rm500q-gl and a 5g Simcard with a decent 5g coverage in my area.
But the problem that im running into that i only can find 4g connection and I am not able to find a way to Connect to 5g

Even dual 4g/5g would be a problem for me because the application will only be useable with 5g. What at commands do I need to use?

Specs:
Rashberry pi 4b 4gb with Linux Ubuntu 23.04
Waveshare m.2 to 4g/5g HAT
Quectel RM500-GL chip with firmware RM500QGLABR11A06M4G
