[module l86) Firmware update in Russia

Hello, I bought the l86 module before February 2023 and only now got around to working on it, but I ran into a problem that I periodically have terrible positioning (dispersion of 10-20 meters), after reading the forum in many topics they often advise updating the firmware, but how I understand I can’t install the newest one due to blocking (. Maybe it’s important to give me at least the latest firmware, which still works in my country.
