Modem RM530N-GL AT command Network scan only work one time

I am Using RM530N-GL for 4G and 5G network when I am Scan the network around me using AT command of "AT+ QSCAN =3,1 its work first time but I send it again it not work only give ok not give network info.
Please look below log and give solution.

Did it occur everytime? 100% fail rate?
Do you check with other tool? like QCOM?

It occur every time only work if I disconnect device ad plug again then work for first time send at command only after that same issue.

I test in QCOM also it not work below is result :

This AT commands need time to report, why did you execute frequently?

We need in some case in our application find which tower is best for working and which company service good so we select accordingly. It worked fine from last 1 year but these days not working spicily in 5G case in 4G/LTE it working every time fine. Can you provide the latest firmware may be work fine. My current version is RM530NGLAAR05A01M4G_01.201.01.201.

For LTE AT + QSCAN = 1,1 is working every time.
for LTE AT + QSCAN = 2,1 in not working have any suggestion why it happened.
If I do not execute frequently try after wait of 1 hour result is same.
please look out the problem.

For 2, it is Search only for NR5G cells.

I know sir I want to say that only 5G network scan is creating issue LTE 4G working every time good. Need to solution for NR5G Scan.

Do you insert SIM card in device? For this command, it is not recommended to test with SIM card.

It is strange, for 405,872, I didn’t found this in network.
It seems it is not stable. Or operator had changed some logic.
It is recommended to confirm the 5G network.

Hello, I am having the same issue, where 5g qscan works only once in a while, does not work on continuous scans, and only returns OK. I am using the qscan for a monitoring exercise and would appreciate it, if it could behave the way the LTE QSCAN works, consistently returning results. Is there a way to fix this behavior?
