Modem rebooting when in 5G SA

Dear all,
we own two RM500Q-GL and two RM502Q-AE, when connected to a 5G SA network, if we generate some mildly intense traffic (e.g., ping every millisecond or launching a speedtest) the modem reboots. We have tried with different hats, with power over USB and with external power (15 W power supply).
When using the modem on a 4G network, we did not experience such behavior.
What could be the reason?

Additionally, we would like to do a firmware update to our devices, does anybody have a guide for that?

Thank you

It’s not normal. Generally just ping is fine. The power consumption of 5G signals will be higher than that of 4G, which may cause the module to restart.
You can tell me the current firmware version, and then I will send you the new firmware. But it doesn’t necessarily solve the problem.
And how is the modem connected with the HOST?

Thanks for your answer. We are running the following firmware revision:
MPSS.HI.2.0.3-00269-SDX55_CPEALL_PACK-1

We are connecting the modem to a testbed network, we actually discovered that this behavior only occurs when connected to a type of SDR, and not when connected to a different type.

It seems not like a firmware name. Can you send AT cmd?
Could you take a photo of the modem?
