We have BG95-M2 Modem with firmware version BG95M2LAR02A04_01.003.02.003 . It works with USB but it didn’t respond to UART line. We have even try to set the modem’s baud rate but it also didn’t work. And there are few other use cases who find same issue with this firmware. They suggests the below firmware which resolves their issue.
