MC60E getting STUCK while data storing in internal FLASH memory

Hello,

I am working with the MC60E module and I want to store 94 bytes of data in internal FLASH memory (In the secure data section page no. 12). As seen in the open CPU document we can store up to 100 bytes on pages 9-12.
Normally when I can store 94 bytes that operation will successful but when BLE scanning is in process at that time device getting stuck.
