MC60CA-04-STD module : no output response

Hi team,
I have the following GSM/GPRS/GNSS Module Series
MC60 CA Q1-A3164
MC60CA-04-STD
I updated MC60CAR01A13 Firmware on that mentioned module successfully.

After that, I didn’t any response on QCOM tool using AT command also. Even I couldn’t push AT commands on QCOM tools.

I want to get continuous module location.

Help your support to solve this.

Can you please flash the module once again.
download the firmware from below link extract the complete files in single folder and try once.
