What is the current consumption of the MC60 module with VBAT ON but module turned off(with AT+QPOWD=1). I found the current consumption of the GNSS part in backup mode to be about 14uA from the manual. What about the GSM part?

Normally, if the VBAT is ON, but module turned off without any leakage current, the consumption also nearly several uA. Thanks!
