MC60 part numbering scheme

Is there a document that describe the part numbering of Quectel modules ?
I see in the market different part numbers and I do not know what are the differences between them ?
Why are not these part numbers documented anywhere? This issue persist for most modules , and for a long time.

For MC60 I have found :
MC60CB-04-STD
MC60ECB-04-BLE
MC60CA-04-STD
MC60CATEA-04-STD
MC60ECA-04-BLE
MC60ECATEA-04-BLE

aditional to these there are also the revision codes,
R01A02
R01A04
R01A05

could you describe the differences between all these part numbers and between all these revision codes ?
