Dear Quectel Support Team,
We are using the Quectel MC60 module in our GPS tracking device. We are facing an issue where the module sometimes does not connect to GPS/GNSS signals, even when the device is placed outdoors.
In normal outdoor conditions, the GPS should get a fix, but in some cases, the module keeps searching and does not receive valid GPS location data for a long time.
