MC60 All in one solution long fix time

Dear Quectel,

I am use MC60 as all in one solution, GNSS uart port connect to GSM UART port.
We have an issue when device running, device cannot get fix position for the first time ( only first time from power up). It take a long long time to get TTFF (about ~15 minus). After TTFF, device running without any GNSS problems.
When we stop vehicle, device will get TTFF very short time (~40s).
Could you please give me your suggestion?

1.Where is the GNSS antenna placed in the car? How is the antenna performance?
2.It is recommended that you use AGPS or drive fast after positioning.
