Hello, i would ask for datasheets for MC25MB-04-STD. A download from https://www.quectel.com/cn/product/gsm-gprs-gnss-mc25 is not possible for people not speaking chinese or own a chinese phone number. Could you provide what could help me:
Inside the MC25 there is the RDA8955L Quad-Band SOC Processor. This has integrated 32Mb 1.8V SPI NOR Flash + Integrated 32Mb 1.8V DDR PSRAM. I need a dump of the SPI Flash via UART, SPI or I2C or some other methods. If there is a read protection, how to remove read protection?

I would preffer to get a datasheet from Quectel for MC25MB and just dump the memory contents via UART, SPI, I2C. For this i need a pinout. Do u have any questions or hints for me? Thank you so much.
