M95 SIM1 VDD Doesn't appear on my board

I have 3 m95fa modules I uptated them to last version firmware.
I designed my board.And just using SIM1 slot but there is no voltage on port SIM1 port
I used AT Commands as well as
AT+QSIMVOL=0 , AT+QDSIM=0,1
I can control SIM2 port voltage but SIM1 not able.

Hi,

SIM voltage is not provided if the SIM card is not inserted to the module. By AT+QSIMVOL=0 setting, the module will detect the voltage level of the SIM card automatically as 1.8V or 3V.
Bypass capacitors on SIM_DATA, SIM_CLK and SIM_RST should be 33pF and should be close to the SIM card.
