M95 +CSIM command problem

+CSIM command return error 100. According the AT commands manual it should work.

Here logs and firmware revision:
AT

AT+CIMI

+CME ERROR: 100
AT+CSIM=?

AT+CGMR

Revision: M95FAR02A08

OK

CIMI proof that communication with card exists
After that I tried to open channel, no luck
AT+CSIM command test is OK

Should I update firmware if yes, please provide new firmware or maybe configure something?
