I have a problem with module M66.
1- I checked the source pins
2- Pin PWRKEY pulled down > 1s and pulled up (3v3)
3- I’m sure the data has been transmitted M66.
-> But module not working. Please view picture!

I want to confirm with you which port are you using ?the debug port or the UART port?
If you want to enter AT command, it is recommended that you use the UART port and the baud rate should not exceed 115200.
