In the reference manual for throughput statistics I found only the following “AT Command”:

AT+CGQREQ // Quality of Service Profile (Requested)

If you need more accurate statistics, I suggest you grab logs for statistics during your FTP/HTTP session.
Please provide your modem version number, and I will provide the corresponding Log fetching tool and precautions.

Maxbitrate Dl and UL during a session FTP/HTTP
Bler
Delay

Is it also possible to know the type of modulation used?
My modem is quectel sc600T.

Depending on your needs, you can only solve your problem by fetching the LOG.
Note that you should start the LOG tool and grab the LOG before sending the data.
