Low ESR and Ultra Low ESR capacitors for RG500

Hello All,

We’ve been designing hardware board with RG500 modem and it’s not quite clear which type of low ESR capacitor (ceramic, tantalum or aluminum electrolytic) should be considered for the 100uF connected near the VBAT pins. What are the typical ESR values (low ESR and ultra low ESR) should we consider while selecting these capacitors?

Have a great day…

Thanks

Dear @fuguiwang-Q
Please help to check.

The 100UF capacitor uses tantalum capacitors or aluminum electrolysis, with an ESR value less than 0.7 ohms.and Use ulti-layer ceramic chip (MLCC) capacitor
(100 nF, 6.8 nF, 220 pF, 68 pF, 15 pF, 9.1 pF, 4.7 pF)

Thank you very much for the reply.

Could you also clarify what range of ESR values we should consider for the MLCC capacitors (100 nF, 6.8 nF, 220 pF, 68 pF, 15 pF, 9.1 pF, 4.7 pF)?
