Do you have the source code of the android table? If you can compile the Android source code you can try the Quectel Android GPS driver.

If you cannot modify the Android code yourself, you can only see if this Android tablet can directly read the serial port. You can try some apps that read serial ports. Generally speaking, the default is to read the serial port without permission.
