Somebody know where I can find it

EC25 is supported by standard Linux drivers, there is usually no need to look for it.

Ok after compiling the source code it works. It allows to start the device
The devices driver are in the kernel - this latter has to be recompiled if the usb and device driver not set
The 4G/TE connection works now
