Is there a protocol specification document for LG77L? Or is it the same as L76? I want to know all the configuration commands. Especially to set the PPS (disable/enable), to set backup mode, to wake up from backup mode, etc.

LG77L shares the same protocol specification with L76. Please check attached.
To disable/enabke PPS, please refer to 2.3.18;
To setup backup mode, please refer to 2.3.14.
