LC79HALMD unused I2C interface

Hi,

What do you recommend to do with the I2C SDA and SCL pins in the L79HALMD module if the I2C interface is unused in an application?

Should those two pins still be pulled-up to 1V8 supply using pull-up resistors or is it OK to leave them unconnected?
