Please explain.

  1. The L5 delay value set by default 14.6 how was it determined?
  2. What does this number mean?
  3. What is the unit of measurement?

This value is used to correct the delay of L5，which is caused by the different frequency bands of the L1 and L5 signals.
The current firmware supports automatic calibration, so this parameter does not need to be configured.
