LC76G stationary mode

Hello.
I tried to enable stationary mode in LC76G with no success.

I ran the command $PAIR080,42A and got $PAIR001,080,437 instead of $PAIR001,080,0*33.

I also ran $PAIR081*33 for double check and got the last applied state, normal mode in my case. So this confirms that stationary mode was not applied.

Any recommendations.

Thanks in advance

Hi NickMass

  1. Please use the “$PQTMVERNO*58” command to check the version of the module and let me know.
  2. Please provide a log captured since the module was powered on.

Thanks for replying to my email.

I’m also using a LC79HAL with FW ver.

$PQTMVERNO,LC79HALNR11A02S,2023/06/15,16:44:56*39

Can you confirm those are the latest FW vers?

Thanks

Hi NickMass
LC79HALNR11A02S is the latest software version.
LC76GAB has a newer software version, I will send it to you via message. This version supports the “$PAIR080,4*2A” command.

Hi George.
Thanks for sending me the latest FW for LC76GAB.

Does the new FW effect in anyway the operation in normal mode?

Also, I noticed that LC79HAL does not acquire the SBAS.
I enabled the DGPS ($PAIR400,220) and SBAS ($PAIR410,122).

GGA message shows LC79 is in DGPS, but I don’t see any SBAS sat in Signal Level window.

Hi NickMass
There will be no problem with the LC76GAB version. I will answer the LC79HAL issue in the LC79HAL ticket.
