LC76G Request access for Assisted GNSS EPO files

Hi,

I’m working with the Quectel LC76G modules and I’m trying to further optimize its performance for cold start time and minimize current consumption. The “Quectel_LC26G&LC76G&LC86G_Series_AGNSS_Application_Note_V1.0” document suggests using AGNSS EPO files for this purpose but I need to contact Quectel Technical Support to obtain these files. I would like to request access for the files needed to use assisted GNSS.

Please download the QGNSS tool to download EPO data.

I have tried to use the QGNSS Assistant GNSS tool to download AGNSS EPO data. Using the default username and password from the Assistant GNSS tab does not work. The tool is stuck on the “Connecting to FTP server” message.

I’ve tried restarting the tool and checking my internet connection, but the problem persists.

Do you have an Internet connection?
I tested it and there is no problem. Can you take a screenshot or provide an operation video?

I was able to successfully upload Assistant GNSS data this afternoon! I’m not sure what the issue was earlier, but it seems to be working now.
