I am currently using the EVB board of LC29HDA and I am able to receive NMEA messages. However, I am not receiving any satellite signals.
I’ve tested in clear sky view and waited for long time.
You can check in the picture the NMEA messaegs I receive and the firmware version of the module
I have the same setup and firmware as you and was able to get a fix. Could you please double-check that your antenna is securely connected? If you have a spare antenna, try swapping it in. Also, make sure to test under open-sky conditions and wait for a few minutes longer.
Confirming the issue. GNSS_MODULE_EVB_V1_3 EVB, LC29_TE_A module on LC29HDA with same firmware - correctly communicates with QGNSS v.2.0 over NMEA, but does not show any satellites.
Same setup with LC29HBS-based module - works as expected, so it is not a problem with EVB or antenna. All jumpers are in the factory position (same as on the photo).
I use 115200 baud rate and can send NMEA commands and see responses and notifications - exactly as it works to Yahya above.
As a part of my test - I am sending PAIR062 to make sure each kind of the status message is enabled - but in GSA I never get any satellites.
