[LC29HAI] Custom Board Boot Failed Message

Hi,

I have a custom board with LC29HAIMD chip. When I try to connect to UART, I get following error messages.

Can anyone help me why I’m getting this issue?

It seems that the module didn’t load successfully. I will send you the latest firmware via message and please download it to the module.

Can you share me what operation you have done to the device?
What configurations you have sent to the device?

I have not done any operation on the board. After soldering it to PCB it’s the first time I tried.
