LC29H Not Sending Messages Properly

Hi, I have recently acquired a LC29H (DA) breakout board. Upon connecting to qgnss, I do not receive any messages and have noticed I have an error message of ECHECKSUM. The logs saved also only display the following:

LC29HDANR11A0Xmû0x8013000
Jump to addr 0x8013000

How might I fix this, and if possible may I request a firmware file to flash?

Hi David

Please could you dump this device’s firmware, and send the firmware to me. Then try to upgrade the latest firmware fix it. I have sent to you the tool and user_guide through email, please check it.
