LC29H DA Recognition Issue

Hello,

I received the LC29H DA module and connected it to my computer.
When I tried to connect using the QGNSS program, I received a message saying that the SN and firmware (FW) could not be found.

Please let me know how I can solve this issue.

Also, I would like to receive the latest firmware for both the LC29H DA and LC29H BS modules.

Could you please provide nmealog of module output.
About SN of module. You can scan the QR code on the scanner module to obtain.

About firmware, you can through this command($PQTMVERNO*58) to query.
